Description:
Secured eMail is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with extensive experience supporting, consulting, and advising clients in the European software marketplace. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable in a start-up atmosphere. Candidates must be resourceful and highly self-motivated. Successful candidates will champion the following areas:- The Sales Engineer is responsible for technical pre-sales support for Secured eMail’s family of software products
- The Sales Engineer will work with the sales team in a pre-sales role to develop and position solutions involving Secured eMail’s products
- Strong IT/Technical Skills: an understanding of software, hardware, networks, etc. to include security software on client and server based solutions
- Experience and interest in the entire sales cycle to include qualifying, demonstrating, presenting, handling objections, and closing
- Experience in the proposal process and able to articulate and demonstrate Secured eMail’s solutions.
- Promote the company and its products at marketing events
- Provide feedback to the company regarding its products and competitive standing
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience as a Sales Engineer for an Enterprise or SME software product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
- A 4 year college degree in a technical field
- Ambitious with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to travel as needed to support all business development and client needs within the US and Canada. Some travel will have little advance notice.
- Fluent in English
